just a quick question for when i go to mnd clinic
does anyone have flaccidity/hypotonicity of muscles caused by lmn degeneration?

Flacid (flacidity ) meaning limp . Hypo meaning little or none . Tonicity meaning as in muscle tone . we have little or no tone in the muscles .Hyper meaning alot of, sometimes too much Geo

Nope I have TOOOOO Much . Hypertonicity so much so when im sleeping and try to move i kind of lock up in a spasm then it relaxes then im fine . Geo

thats what i can't understand and hoping emg will sort out as i have muscle spasms/pain but more weakness than stiffness and hypotonicity, i have gone through hundreds of articles and can't figure it out. but i go to clinic in 2wks so hopefully get some answers:???:
