hi sandra,i know exactly what you mean about legs .mine do same if i am sat down and lift my heel of the floor,my legs go like the clappers lol.ive had it for 6yrs and its either clonus or the hyperreflexia.are your reflexes hyper.also get it sometimes in arms,especially so when holding phone and elbow bent.its nothing too much to worry about.
