arm/shoulder dislocation

Has anyone experienced a dislocation along with other symptoms? I have been having fascilitations, muscle jumping,muscle cramping, stiffness and weakness in my neck, temperature sensitivities along with dislocating my shoulder after moving my arm too quickly. Right before the holidays I was having terrible muscle cramps in my left leg while driving. When I got out of the car I walked a few steps, fell and tore a tendon and broke my fibula.:confused:

Our physiotherapist warned about dislocations (especially the shoulder) as they have less support from muscles to help hold them in place. Hope this helps.
