Hi alkl... my mom was diagnosed with ALS 2 years ago but didnt share with me til this November. So I am full of questions.... her left hand is bad and her right shes loosing more mobility and strength. Lately shes been getting pains in her legs... like charlie horses... very painful. For the most part shes fine... but i know shes scared and more and more gets frustrated. I guess i just need a place to come and vent and try and get some answers to help me. If i can be strong then i can help my mom and the rest of my family deal with all this... thanks for the vent time

Hello. Welcome to the forum although I am sorry to hear about your mother. You will be able to help quite a bit just by informing yourself, and this site is a good place to start! Feel free to ask about anything that puzzles you, and it might help if you start searching some of our previous threads.
