has anyone heard of nervous system tonic? my niece is a vegan and she was given
this "tonic" at the herbal store that she frequents. according to the information she has given me it states that it may be helpful to folks with epilepsy, ms, and parkinsons.
i realize that our nerves cannot be restored, but wonder if it will slow down a process.

I doubt it, but if it's not expensive ( most fake remedies are) it may not hurt you. But I do wonder about something that says it will help? so many different things.

i dont know about "tonic" but I'm a vegetarian and folks who don't eat meat should benefit from considering other sources of nutrients needed by the central nervous system, including vitamin B and creatine--these are hard to get from vegetable sources.

B6 is needed, but too much B6 is neuro-toxic.
