trouble swallowing

What does this mean with als? I have been having what I feel is excess saliva lately- but no trouble choking on foods. I have been diagnosed with acid reflux and it was under control, but now it seems as if the medicine is not working anymore.

I can't tell you you have not gotALs . What I can tell you is that years ago when I was diagnosed with acid reflux and went through a series of medicine's and was dif ficult to get under control. At times it could be very painful. Now things have been under control for a good long time.
