Where can I get a list of places that accept ALS patients?
I need #'s for hospice's and hospitals that can offer Complex or Palliative care.
Looking for a place in Windsor.
Any help please....

The CCAC case manager is the place to go for this information, if the person with ALS is still at home. Also the person's ALS clinic should be able to help with this.

Some of us have never been to an ALS clinic because there are none in our area & travel is nearly impossible. We're on our own.
Or the ALSA or MD Association in the states. They're listed at the ALSA website.

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is "CCAC case manager"? I am in US so maybe it is Canada specific?
Actually I think it is Ontario specific and stands for Community Care Access Center. Try calling the ALS Association of America and they should be able to put you in touch with facilities.
