Video of my thumb twitches

Hi,
I would like to know your oppinions about my twitching recorder on the video. I twitch for 5 months. This twitch can be recruited (as shown) and almost never doesnt start itself. Looks like ALS? :( I post it to BFS forum and people tell they had the same...but Im so worried :(

Without accompanying weakness and many other symptoms, I would not think first of ALS. It could easily be BFS.

I dont think about ALS much - I have those twitches for 5 months and the main important thing is - they are not constant. I have them from time to time without any other signs.
However, of course there is fear and its not small...
