Both Arms Feel Weak

10 months wide spread twitching . Now both arms feel weak. Can ALS hit both arms at same time ?

Although I am not diagnosed and my symptoms are not typical of als, more likely some other type of mnd I felt weakness in both arms. It wasn't like I couldn't pick up anything they just fatigued super fast. I thinks it's just different for everyone.

Do you have twitching at all ? My arms fatique also super fast.

Yes I have the twitching in my forearms, hands, shoulders
