My Dad has not gone any further than Mobile AL for a diagnosis at this point. Does anyone have a suggestion on where he should go for a second opinion on this? Anyone who specializes in PLS/ALS specifically? I've got Duke and UNC in my backyard. I am wondering if anyone here might know more. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Welcome to the Forum. I do know that Duke ie rated in the top 10 for ALS. I would go there. There are other Clinics but many miles away and Duke has a lot going on concerning ALS. My Best to you, Beebe

What about Emory? They are research center for ALS. Nice people too!
