Large twitches - worried again

Hi,
Im sorry for next question but Im pretty nervous. I know fasciculation is twitching of a strip of muscle.

But what about twitching of larger part, not just one strip? Like lower part of biceps. Sometimes when I stretch my hands those parts twitch for a few secs.

It is typical for ALS?

Is it really twitching or is it shaking from being weak when you extend it.

CrystalKK: Twitching I think, the whole part muscle 3, 4 times and then it stops. Its only when I stretch relaxed muscle. I cant do it again, only in a few hours.

But I have also tremor for 5 months, when I extend my arms or legs or flex muscles, they shake. But Im not weak, Im able to do 500 push-ups per day, 40 push-ups per 30 seconds - Im mad in self testing..
