Non Invasive Ventilator

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone tried the ventilator with a mask? Husband is doing well with this type of volume ventilation so far. However, was wondering if anyone else has tried this procedure over the invasive trach/ventilation. If this does not work as the disease progresses there is always the trach.

Thanks to each of you for your unselfish time in sharing your life sharing experiences. I value your thoughts and experiences greatly and commend you for sharing this with others.

My dad has been using one for 5 months and he likes it, but i think he is not planing on getting a trach/vent when the time comes.
