Can't use a phone......

If you are like me and can not use a phone but can use a computer there is a service that allows you to talk to friends or family via a telephone. I can't use my hands or my voice. I am able to use a device to operate my pc though.
Through a relay service provided by Sprint I can call anybody I need family, friends, police and emergency services.
