Hi,
Some time ago I posted question about chewing weakness. Today I tried to continue chewing bread after I feel my chewing muscle is tired and it was painful. I could continue but I feel the pain in those muscles and even higher next to the ear.
I know ALS itself isnt painful but I would love to hear your experiences, it would help me a lot. Thanks...

Blizna - I have tried to reassure you when you asked this before.......I have suffered weak jaw muscles and painful jaw muscles that extend up into the cranial muscles since at least Feb. Since I started the Prednisone it cleared up, but occasionally comes back. This is not a sign of als and I don't think that is what you have. Try discussing myopathy with your neuro. Good luck.
