my mother has als diagnosed over 2 years ago she is in a wheelchair cant walk at all she has feeding tube, cant talk well at all and she cries alot I have a 2 year old and an 8 month old me ,my younger brother that is on dialysis and my dad take care of her I need some one to talk to about what is happening

Are you in touch with the local ALS Association? Does your mother go to an ALS clinci?
Where do you live (city/town)? If we knew that, the forum could help direct you to organizations in your area that could benefit you and your Mom.
I syour Mom on Medicare or Medicaid?

ALS and taking care of your parents and your own kids - I'm very sorry you are going thru this!

Hello Mary- You certainly have a lot on your plate right now. It is hard enough balancing the care of 2 small children with one very ill family member, never mind two! I hope you manage to find some time for rest and relaxation for yourself in all of this! Write to us anytime, about anything that is on your mind! Cindy
