Be careful and find something to grab ,otherwise your going over .This is the PLS sneeze . Body cant react and send a balance signal to the brain .AND THEY ARE WET

For no particular reason here comes the yawn and they come in droves
I looked this one up on Howstuffworks.com. they are even contagious and they dont know why .


Chewing the inside of the cheeks .PAINFUL . I learned one here . Just put some food on the side you usually chomp .This will push out the cheek until your done eating . Problem then is you tend to chomp on it for a while as it is puffed out in there . until it heals

Foot drop & drag if you can imagine your at tap dance( the gals know this one) You go heal toe Heal toe . so when your walking try to walk on your heals this helps me make sure i put the heal down first .

Another one i learned at my Speech Therapist for swallowing try some lemon ice
the lemon makes the muscles constrict and helps some swallow better or lemon aide might work . some even say tucking the chin works (looking down )Geo
