Caugh while speaking

I often feel kind of irritation in my voice cords, and have to cough while speaking - usually it is one dry cough, then I can talk for a minute, and have to cough again. If somebody is experiencing teh same - is there a medication to alleviate this symptom ?

I have the same thing.....glad to hear about the Robitussin. How often do you have to take it?
