Has anyone here had an EMG and it sounded like a helicopter about to take off the whole time??? That is what mine sounded like, i know that is similar to the sound that complex repetitive discharge makes...... It explains the stiffness and pain also, since pain is not exactly a symptom of ALS.......

That was likely fibrillations, they sound like a "clock ticking"

No, this sounded like a motorcycle or helicopter........ CRD's can make this noise on an EMG machine,,,,,,,,CRD's are associated with ALS and muscle diseases...
