My mother, who has PBP, used to have horrible problems swallowing the "horse pills" she was prescribed to keep up her calcium and Vitamin D. What's worse, she had to take one in the morning and one at night. Recently, I happened to notice a product (only in Wal-Mart here, as far as I know) that has changed her life, in that regard at least. It is called Liquid Coral Calcium, and it's produced by Drinkables Liquid Supplements. There's a picture of coral on the front of the plastic bottle. One month's supply costs $7. If all Wal-Marts are set up the same, you want to look on the bottom shelf of the vitamin display, pretty much under the calcium pills. The liquid can even be added to another beverage if you like. Hope someone finds this helpful.
