They are KILLING me right now. They are both popping like crazy. At the end of the day in which they popped in and out of place all day they are killers. This I believe is due to significant atrophy in my shoulders but doc says no...

I've never heard of that being a symptom of ALS either. You have to have something else going on. The doc says no atrophy so what does he say it is?

You have to MAKE your doc do something. Tell the doc you must have an MRI to see what's going on in there. If there is atrophy, muscle wasting, tendon problems, whatever...the MRI will show it. This atrophy or muscle wasting thing bothers me because the doc's don't know how we looked before we were ill. Maybe it doesn't fit the atrophy picture, but we know when we are losing muscle.
