Symptoms Wax and Wane

IF I had ALS, would my symptoms come and go? Or would they remain and only get worse? The only constant is the twitching in my legs, mainly, sometimes my arms. Thanks for any help! God bless you all...

Welcome. It depends on which symptoms you are referring to, but the primary symptom, muscle atrophy/weakening, only gets worse. Once the muscles are gone, they never come back.
