Private Message Mail Box

Hi folks. There is a size limit on the number of messages allowed in your mail boxes. Someone sent me a message today and their box needs a clean out before I can reply. So if everyone could check their mail box for old messages that you don't need to keep storing it will keep things running smoothly. Thanks. AL.

This is true, in order to keep hosting costs reasonable there has to be a maximum size allotted for private messages... if you don't delete messages it does fill up over time, thus preventing you from receiving more..

I've had to clean mine out a few times.

I've just realized, in my box, that you have to clean out the SENT ITEMS too.... I could not figure out why, i had a message count, but was deleting my inbox....

Well, duhhh, i've just figured it out, let's see how many in this forum were like me and didn't clean sent items....LOL

At the end of your private message mail box window there is a check off box to check if you want to save a copy of the message. If you don't want a copy of your mesages uncheck this box.
