Al, I have no idea how to use this forum. I don't know what you mean by "moved your post up here". Or how I found it. Bet I wont find it again. But thanks.

Paty,
What does the S.D. ALS Assoc. do? I live in Fallbrook, CA
I have had PLS for many years seeing various Neurologists as I manuver around my insurance. All confirm PLS. All can do nothing about it. I have " slowly progressed" to can't walk and losing control of arms & hands.
I signed-up with NORD years ago and they just send me solicitations for money.

Hi Jon. If you go to the page with all the headings and go down to Welcome new members and click on there when the next page opens there is what is called a sticky and it has instructions for posting and finding a few things. If all else fails just ask for help.

I think that if there's a group of PALS in that area it is very possible that you could get that information from them.

JON HERE'S THE LINK TO THAT ORGANIZATION IN SAN DIEGO: http://web.alsa.org/site/PageServer?pagename=GSD_homepage&JServSessionIdr001=0nbz3dqpq1.app23b
