biting

Lately I seem to be biting the inside my mouth, more at night is there something I can do to protect myself?
What is causing this?

some people get mouth guards to keep from biting their tongue and inside of cheeks. Kind of like football players wear except more refined. You can ask your dentist too, because they custom make them too. we got one from Drugstore.com for about $20. Here s a link to one that is $45, other places will have for cheaper probably.
