I just want to thank everyone here for all of your thoughts and prayers. It is a tough time right now after just losing my mother to this disease, but knowing that I have you all to talk to is comforting. I still can't believe she is gone, it was just so quick. I keep thinking that I'll get a call from her on Friday (my 31st birthday), then I realize it's not going to happen. I just keep telling myself that she's in a better place now, looking down on us, watching over my sister and I.
