Does ALS have to have fasciculations? I rarely have fasciculations (maybe twice in the last six months), but I have a strange weakening feeling in my left arm. I don't think I'm necessarily weaker, but it just feels strange. Has anyone ever heard of ALS without the fasciculations? Thanks.

Anything is possible with this disease Wayne. Fasciculations don't usually "feel" strange. They look strange but until they involve the bigger muscles you don't usually feel them. AL.
