Good morning,
Just wondering - when the fasciculations start in new body regions, does that mean that's where the disease will progress next? Up until about the last month, my husband only had fasciculations in his arms. That's where his only weakness has been - arms and hands (motor skills), too. I've noticed in the last few weeks, he's having the twitches in his back, chest and neck. He also said that when he yawns, his mouth/jaw will twitch. So, that's what I'm wondering - will the weakness come next in his chest/back? Does fasciculations always precede weakness in that area? I've also noticed he's been clearing his throat alot.
I watch him like a hawk, just like he's under a microscope. Looking for any sign of progression.
Thanks for any info.
Patty

Hi Patty. My fasciculations started im my legs and they seem to be the last thing going on me. Chest went first and now arms and hands are going downhill fast. It is pretty hard to predict where it will hit next. AL.
