View Full Version : Bi-Pap concern throat swelling?

I woke up this morning and felt like I was choking. I usually sleep all night with my Bi-Pap, and have been for 2 months now, this time I woke at 4am and felt like a large lump was forming in my throat that was blocking my air. I got up and one nostril was blocked with mucous, so don't know if I am coming down with something or if the swelling in the throat is another progression of the ALS. I have read so much about the BuPar symptoms it caused me some concern.

Anyone else have any ideas? Probably just a cold or something but thought I had better ask in case I need to visit the doc again. After I got up and drank some hot coffee, the swelling seems to have gone down some and I can breath better. Just laying down is hard to breath. Thanks Yall
God Bless,
Big AL
