ALS and Bone Pain

My name is Becca and I live in Indiana, I have been having some horrible pain in my arm bones or at least that is where the pains seems to be generating from. Can anyone tell me if ALS has any symptoms of bone pain, very severe bone pain?

Hi Becca. Pain in bones is not a usual sign of ALS. I've never heard of that one before. Pain in any part of the body is not generally a starting symptom of ALS. Pain from cramps maybe but not general pain. Hope this puts your mind at ease. AL.
