Is this an als thing?

Hi there,

The weirdest thing has been happening if I hang onto anything for long enough some of my fingers become temporarily paralysed. eg the other day I had to "peel" my fingers off the steering wheel.

Yup used to happen to me. Holding a book or paper was the worst. Trying to hold a wrench or hammer wasn't fun either. It gets better. Only because you don't have the strength to hold that stuff anymore. I am being serious here. It doesn't happen anywhere near as often as it used to. Probably from atrophy.
