I've noticed several new PALS & CALS here, so I thought to address you all at once. I am sorry to welcome you to the ALS family - the club nobody wants to be in. Perhaps by sharing some of our knowledge and experience will make your journey a little easier and help minimize the stress of the unknown.
Here’s two articles that will benefit all new PALS & CALS:
LIVING WITH ALS: A GUIDEBOOK FOR RECENTLY DIAGNOSED PERSONS WITH ALS, THEIR FAMILIES AND SIGNIFICANT OTHERS

WHEN A LOVED ONE HAS ALS

that reflects it"
