I didn't listen. It seems like a pretty low dose. I'm taking 2 twice a day. The study is calling for 1 twice a day.

I text with dr Bedlack told him I was talking curcumin and at what dose for yrs now
His feedback was concern that might not be Absorbing Into brain
He recommended A certain kind and that brand is partnering with him for trial

My Dad has now added it to his vitamin protocol so we’ll see what affect it has.
Although may be hard to know if it’s the Curcumin or something else he’s taking.
