The drug works by targeting an inflammatory pathway known as NLRP3 inflammasome, which is known to damage brain cells.
Inflamation is an ALS issue.

And as it relieves menstrual issues, maybe we won't be so *****y! ;^)
 
Hey Greg- Speak for yourself! I'm a delight at all times!

This is interesting. I'd give it a try if there were any benefits for spasticity and fatigue. I do know, having taken anti-inflammatories for unrelated issues (dental), I felt like a million bucks during the 3 day course.

I think it may also be a cox-1, and cox-2 inhibitor, which from memory are implicated in als also.

I will find that info, but will take awhile.

This drug is cheap outside of the U.S., but pricey in the States.

It has some side effects, but it is available
