Yes interesting and I hope they can look into this with IPS cells soon. The answerals study is going to use their cell lines to produce different kinds of brain cells but I hope some of the already existing lines have have too

How does it affect us?

Gastrodin or gastrodia elata was said to down regulate ET-1. It is used in traditional Chinese medicine for neurological issues. As I said I am looking into it I am not recommending it but according to that link it might have a possible benefit. Or not. These findings in the lab often do not pan out but our problem as always is we can not afford to wait so we have to guess. Risk/ benefit/ cost?
