Short PALS Survey (5-8 minutes) looking for respondents

I am a member of a team of researchers from the University of Rochester and the University of Michigan who are currently running a brief web survey (5-8 minutes).

We are very interested in ALS patients’ opinions and perceptions regarding clinical research. Our goal is to improve the way researchers obtain informed consent for participation in clinical research studies and we believe that we must understand patients’ views in order to do this.

This survey is funded by a grant from the National Institutes of Health. We've received an IRB exemption for the survey.
