Just an update, day 60 is past and same muscle twitching and some bulk to my arms and legs (hopefully new muscle). Oct. 15 I will get the 56 injections again and then we wait and watch..

I appreciate the update, I hope you bulk up.. I am wishing you the best, and am grateful that you are being a pioneer for so many. It takes people to try things like this for all of us to have hope.

Finally had the second round of injections. Sorry for my delay. On the 15th the Dr.'s office had lost electricity. So rescheduled on the 21st. And I am traveling right now. The shots were like last time and done rather quickly after all the blood draws, nerve conduction test, and scoring. I asked and most others are not seeing much difference. Myself, I have definately seen some grow in the muscles of arms and legs. I talked to one other and he felt no or little difference in bulk, but definate muscle faciculations in his legs. (He is in cohort 2, which receives injections only in the legs.) The Dr. said, he isn't looking for growth until now - 3 months - to six months.

So, right now it is a wait and see game. We will be tracked now until the 11th month before the study is done. I will report as time goes on. Thanks for the interest, thoughts and prayers. Keep hope alive and be willing to be a test subject until we find something.
