SSDI Info - for those w/kids

Finally some good news - the kids DO qualify for SSDI benefits under Jim - it's a whopping $100/each month - but hell it's something.

AND

I finally got an attorney to appeal the effective date

AND

If we get the effective date backdated - the kids will backdate to that day

Katie - I love ya!! Thanks for the laugh!!. I had to laugh when the said I had to be able to show I spend it on the kids - it doesn't cover much!! Ruthie's portion wouldn't cover preschool!! - but hey it's more then I had a day ago.

With the extra money maybe we will forgo the bigger box - and get the warmer box by you!

I hear ya! Disgusting how we have to grovel for the crumbs of OUR MONEY!! I guess it is better than a poke in the eye?!
