ANyone have experience with Nuedexta

Curious if it would help someone on a feeding tube.

My husband takes nuedexta, he has a feeding tube and is in hospice already after just a year of being diagnosed.
Nuedexta helped with swallowing and with the mood (he was very emotional) at the beginning but this illness is restless.
We have tried edaravone , lunasin, l-serine, Dianne protocol, prayers everything we could think of and now I decided to try massitinib (just two days giving this to him).
I don't know but I noticed a very little improvement in his strength, maybe is just my desire to see him back.
I don't have much hope but we will continue trying.
