Salt Lake City – (Business Wire) – Jun 4, 2015 – Q Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage developer of novel cellular therapies for central nervous system (CNS) diseases, announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared its Investigational New Drug Application (IND) for the initiation of Phase 1/2a clinical trials of its Q-Cells® product in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

Interesting. Thanks for sharing IRB approval is generally a few months and they are working to streamline that process but raising funds sounded a bit ominous as it could take years! Hope they have lots of interested investors
