You didn't mention it so I'm guessing you don't sleep with a bipap, but if you do get one with a built in humidifier. You might also want to run a humidifier by your bed at night, the vicks hot steam ones are pretty inexpensive and really make the room moist. I would do this in addition to trying the mouth swabs.
