I think that it very good and I'm happy to hear this number! My dad had and FVC of 51% when he got his Bipap and at his last test, he was in the 40's. 84% is very good. Has your mum ever complained of shortness of breath? I'm not an expert of course, but in my opinion she is doing very well!
