Shelley, I'm very sorry, that has got to be so hard dealing with these twin problems of FTD and ALS. Do they have any kind of prognosis for Jim in these cases, in terms of how his mental changes will progress? We have a lady in our local ALS support group whose husband has FTD and she seemed to say that it had kind of stabilized eventually even as the ALS progressed. I hope something like that happens for you, I can only imagine how heartbreaking it is to see your husband undergoing these changes in his body and his mind.
