hi
my father is also having a lot of Insomnia. he takes Clonazepam bue Hardly sleeps 4 hrs a night.

he used to be very warm all the time too. but now he's got 2 blankets while our A/C at home is set on 80 degrees and he wears a sweatshirt all the time.
and i think these are very common symtoms.
