Mare, no worries. I think all the laughing made me feel like I had some twitches, or maybe it was just sympathy twitching!

I can't use emotional lability as an excuse so I swear I haven't been drinking!
Rose, I think the name Ginger suits you perfectly and casting Wright as the hot doctor is a stroke of genius. Caroline, brilliant lyrics and Beth, wow your imagination is truly wild.

Zaphoon, did you ever imagine your harmless parody would morph into this monumental tangent?

Thelma,

I had no idea this would happen.

PZ

Rose ... I'm sure PZ would agree that as a hot nurse you can choose any name you like, from your porn name (mine's Corky Bryson, what's yours?) on up.

I think we need a Pole dancer or two for Moderator Al, but maybe we exhausted those possibilities in November.

One note about the white stockings. They MUST have a runner for the ultimate slutty look. Or as the Brits would say, a "ladder."

For Caroline and the other researchers: Perhaps you could find out if is triggered by reading toxic websites online. And where do they FIND those poor little mice with TTD?

-------------------------------------------

Hey, Physical Zaph: You knew exactly what would happen, and you pushed the first domino knowing none of us could resist.

Rose again: I have a feeling we're entering Dharma Initiative territory on this island. Can't the twitchers power their own way to the island? Maybe harnessing the energy in all those twitches can save the planet from climate change! Strap a twitcher to the hood of your car, hook up cables, and voila ... no more need to drill for oil!

LOL, Glen! Thanks for posting this link! I totally remember this and I love it!

I believe if I play twins I have a better shot at winning a Daytime Emmy and I have always wanted to wear a designer gown and give an acceptance speech at one of those awards shows.

Ladies & Gentlemen-
Thank you so much for the fun & laughter; I truly needed it this weekend.
Goodnight, "John-boy".

Glen - very resourceful - perfect song!

Now we just have to have someone play Wilma and Fred!

Glen, that's hilarious !

Thelma ... the red carpet is being unrolled for you even as we "speak." Please don't forget to thank all us little people.

Beth, of course I'll thank all of you! I'd be nothing at all without any of you... and I would not refer to you as "little people" because I bet we'll all win Daytime Emmys! :D

Dang, skip a weekend and all heck breaks loose.

I want to be the bad black sheep son that only cares about running around racing his dirt bikes, and only shows up when I can stir up some trouble.

Excellent ... but beware of the Problem Patient and her inexhaustible supply of steel bed pans.

We also need a few hot but clueless interns, and some fatherly wise older doctors. Maybe a wisecracking nurses aide. (The part that always went to Thelma Ritter ... who is WAAAAY before anybody's time on this forum.)

Beth, I have a DVD copy of Alfred Hitchcock's "Rear Window" with Jimmy Stewart and Grace Kelly (What a BABE she was, especially in that movie!) and Thelma Ritter was the wise cracking nurse. She was the kind of nurse everyone needs, no nonsense and tell it like it is. A movie that is still worth watching. And we're all older than we act on the forum!

I am the biggest Hitchcock fan there is! I also own "Rear Window" on DVD as well as "Vertigo" "Rope" "Spellbound" etc...
I agree Barry, Grace Kelly is STUNNING in "Rear Window." Her wardrobe is equally exquisite. What an amazing film. I know exactly who Thelma Ritter is now! I don't think she'll be available to star in our show though...

Y'all got me thinking now with all this nurse talk about a comment my husband made awhile back to his friend. He told him he was gonna have to keep an eye on me, as he could just imagine me being Kathy Bates in Misery (Stephen King). I don't know why he would think that about lil ol me! :-o

Where would we be without humor?

Thanks for the laughs once again everyone! I always think of song lyrics to go with my twitches.

Shake Rattle and Roll

Can I be in the chorus? Even though I cant carry a tune in a bucket.

Quivery hugs to all

Love,
Cindy
