Stem cell progress?

hello, just curious if anyone is in a stem cell trial or know someone who is and how the progress is. Is it working? I know recently there were a lot of ALS centers in California that were accepting candidates for the trial and really haven't heard good or bad news about it. I had a friend who started a trial earlier this year but progression of the disease was quick and he has passed away.


so curious to know if there is anyone with first hand experience. I know it will take time but I thought it was going to be the big thing.

If you’re asking about the NurOwn stem cell trial, it’s in progress and results won’t be released for at least another year.

The California centers for this trial are in SF (California Pacific Med Center), and in So Cal (UC Irvine and Cedars Sinai Med Centers.
