Numb and soreness have absolutely nothing to do with ALS. Please read: READ BEFORE POSTING. Had you have read it, your question would have been answered.
As previously stated sore muscles without weakness do not indicate ALS. Pain of that type comes late in ALS. Please see your primary care doctor to find out what is wrong. Your answer is not here
Thank you for your response. One last question and I’ll stop posting. My right arm seems stiff. I can still use it but hurts to move it. I feel like my whole body aches and it’s just getting to me.
