Believe me I am more than thankful for this for now!
I shall now leave this to the hands of the specialists for now and work on anxiety (if indeed this turns out to be this, but hey something to work on at least).
On a side note, I have trawled through so many previous threads with people with similar symptoms to mine but never leave a message as to the outcome of their appointments - this must be frustrating (or at least I found it) given the time you all very kindly take to give the advice.
I will be sure that my next reply here will be what the diagnosis turns out to be, if there is going to be one!
