Hello everyone,
Recently I have been experiencing muscle twitching in various places in my body such as triceps and quadriceps. Basically ive gotten twitching all over. along with this my left calf has cramped up and I can feel twitches where its cramped along with around the calf as well. Ive had my left foot feel cramped as well. My main concern is the muscle twitching and it feels like the left side of my body is out of sorts. The cramp happened yesterday and still has yet to go away despite my efforts to massage it out.
