Hi I am 28 years old. 4 months ago I noticed weakness in my right arm. It was harder to pick things up and it seemed like my arm was tingly and numb and extremely heavy. Now it seems that its in my left arm as well and my right arm is worse like its going to my fingers. My arms feel like there is a weight on them 24/7.

Go to see your doctor and ask him/herto evaluate you. I'm not sure why you are immediately thinking you have ALS. So many other conditions could be causing your symptoms. Suggest you look at those before coming to this forum. Bill

Feeling tingly numb and heavy, aren't symptoms of ALS. My arms and legs feel absolutely normal they just don't move properly.
Your doctor should help you to find out what is wrong. It could be any number of things good luck

Don't worry about ALS, but do see you doctor to find out what's going on.
