The first thing you'll need to know is how to read/change settings.
To change the settings you push the alarm button and the down arrow button (hold) until you hear a beep. Then use the down arrow button to settings and alarms. Then select it by pushing the button on the right under where it reads SELECT. Once you select any field, you can use the up and down buttons to change values. I haven't even had time to play around with mine yet but I will this weekend. The first thing I plan on doing is disabling every alarm. Right now I don't need alarms. That might change later but, for now, I don't need them on.
You will need to go into your settings to tell Laurie what is set unless they wrote every setting down for you....and I doubt they did.
